Overview
This unique retreat blends Eastern Taoist movement practices with Sicilian olfactory traditions, using jasmine as a symbolic and sensory thread. Each day begins with Tai Chi and Qi Gong, following the Fiorire nel Soffio method—five days dedicated to the five organs and their corresponding emotions in Traditional Chinese Medicine, like the five petals of the jasmine flower.
Jasmine, with its quiet strength and deep cultural roots in Sicily, guides both the movement practice and the sensory journey.
In the second half of the retreat, jasmine returns as the heart of a natural perfume workshop, where Eastern and Western essences—woods, resins, and local botanicals—merge in the creation of a personal Oriental–Sicilian fragrance. Movement, scent, memory, and ritual unite in a powerful and transformative experience.
