Capture the soul of Sicily through a professional natural perfumery experience set in the Mediterranean landscape of Feudo San Pietro.
This Special Edition retreat is structured around two seasonal 4-day modules combining olfactory training, guided composition, and hands-on perfume creation. You’ll learn how to build accords, understand fragrance structure, and create your own signature scent inspired by Sicilian botanicals — from citrus groves to aromatic herbs and Mediterranean woods.
Each module is delivered in small groups to ensure focused learning and close guidance throughout the creative process.

Module 2 — Mediterranean Breeze (Aromatic & Chypre)

A summer-inspired module based on Mediterranean aromatics and classic chypre structure.
- Day 1 – Olfactory training: Aromatic notes (rosemary, thyme, lavender…)
- Day 2 – Aromatic accord composition
- Day 3 – Olfactory training: Chypre structure
- Day 4 – Create your personal Aromatic–Chypre perfume
Immersive learning experiences
All Creative Italy retreats are immersive creative journeys. Alongside studio work at Feudo San Pietro, you’ll take guided walks through nearby gardens and natural reserve areas around Milazzo, in Sicily, Italy — discovering Sicily’s aromatic plants, local scent traditions, and hidden “perfume landscapes.” This experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and transform nature into personal fragrance.

- Daily natural perfumery workshops (approximately 3 hours per day) at Feudo San Pietro
