Jewellery Making Course in Palermo

Where tradition becomes contemporary expression

A course where Sicilian heritage meets modern jewellery design — blending craftsmanship, culture, and personal creativity.

Working in a professional atelier in Palermo, you will explore jewellery as both a technical discipline and a form of cultural storytelling, creating pieces that reflect identity, place, and meaning.

The Course

Jewellery as Cultural Language.

This course introduces jewellery making through a contemporary and cultural lens.

Rather than focusing only on technique, you will explore jewellery as a form of expression — connected to history, symbolism, and personal narrative.

Through a structured yet flexible program, you will develop both technical skills and conceptual thinking, working from idea to finished piece within an immersive Sicilian context.

The craft behind the technique

Jewellery has always been more than ornament — it is a language of identity, status, and culture.

In Sicily, this language is shaped by centuries of influences — from ancient civilizations to Mediterranean trade routes — where materials, symbols, and craftsmanship evolved through cultural exchange.

Contemporary jewellery builds on this legacy, combining traditional techniques with new approaches to design and meaning.

Here, jewellery is not only crafted — it is interpreted, becoming a reflection of both personal vision and cultural context.
