Have you stopped travelling during Covid? As passionate travellers ourselves, we get that it’s been a tough time for those seeking new experiences and new adventures. We’ve all had a lot of time to dream about the wonderful and beautiful locations in the world and our memories of previous journeys can only take us so far. But, now is the time to seek new memories and discover new locations. The wait is finally over! We realise that you may have some concerns and you may be wary about exploring new destinations in the same way as once before. However, we are here to reassure you that you can have new adventures safely and confidently.

Here at Creative Italy, our priority is to ensure you are safe and comfortable whilst enjoying our experiences. Our team goes above and beyond to ensure we are committed to the legal standards of safety whilst still delivering exceptional customer service. You can still embrace the ‘Made in Italy’ world and enjoy new experiences with our support.

Our 7 steps to a safe and Covid-compliant experience

We’re here to reassure you every step of the way…

1. We follow the guidelines

We understand that there’s a lot of information out there and you may feel overwhelmed with all the news and official information. Please be reassured that we will always follow all the guidelines shared by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and our local authorities.

2. We keep you updated

With the recurring changes to the Covid-19 legislation, it’s difficult to keep up and know what you can or cannot do in the countries you are visiting. We will always keep you up to date about any changes. We pride ourselves in ensuring we inform all our clients before and during travelling if there is any new and essential information.

3. Our artisans operate in total safety

People are at the heart of creating new memories and one of life’s greatest joys is learning from new friends. We understand that now this can come with new concerns though. It’s important for us to ensure everyone is Covid compliant during our experiences and that includes all our team members and our expert Artisans.

All our Artisans operate in total safety with protective measures such as hand disinfection, disinfection of their studios, use of face masks and social distancing.

4. We offer assistance 24/7

Sometimes things happen that we can’t predict and we’ve all had to learn that we can’t plan every single part of our lives right now. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Rest assured, we are here to support you throughout your journey. We offer assistance 24/7, so all our clients can call us at any time about any issues. If you or anyone you’re travelling with has contracted COVID, we will support you and we will guide you through the necessary next steps. We will provide you with a guide detailing this process before you travel.

5. We host many experiences outdoors

There are many ways we can ensure whilst you’re learning with us that you feel as safe as possible. We are lucky to be able to host our courses and experiences in some of the most beautiful settings that have excellent outside spaces for us to take advantage of. We are proud to be able to host many of our experiences outside. For example, one of our experiences is hosted in a lovely historical garden.

6. We offer virtual courses & experiences too

For those who still aren’t comfortable with travelling during Covid – we hear you! Travelling in person is not for everyone right now. We want to ensure that those who still have that urge for adventure can still satisfy their needs to explore and learn from new cultures from the comfort of their home. Therefore, we also offer many virtual courses too. If you cannot travel to Italy and want to take a course online, then please get in touch and we can organise this for you. We love that we can offer this flexibility to our customers and we look forward to seeing you on video!

7. We accommodate small groups as well as individuals

Small and larger groups are both welcome. You can join us with your family, your team or your friends – we can be flexible. We don’t just offer experiences for individuals, we organise experiences for groups too (between 8 and 16 individuals). We ensure we take the necessary steps to ensure safety here at all times.

Cancellations

Please be reassured that if you contract Covid whilst travelling and can’t attend the experience or local restrictions stop you from travelling – then we will refund your deposit or offer you the opportunity to keep your booking for up to 2 years.
