A five-day ceramic retreat in Perugia, where you learn to shape and decorate clay by hand in a historic artisan workshop.

Overview

This immersive retreat offers a hands-on introduction to traditional ceramic modelling and decoration, guided by a skilled local artisan in an evocative medieval setting.

Over five days, you’ll learn how to work with raw clay — shaping, refining, and decorating your own ceramic pieces while discovering the importance of dexterity, patience, and attention to detail. Daily studio sessions guide you through core techniques, from modelling to surface decoration, allowing you to create meaningful handmade objects from scratch.
